Yeastzyme contains cellulose, hemicellulase, invertase, lactase, lipases, lysozyme and amylase which all help break down the yeast cell walls and break down carbohydrates reducing the food supply to the yeasts. Yeastzyme also provides the enzyme called Protease. The advantage of Protease is that this enzyme helps digest the interior of the Candida cell. Protease also helps support beneficial bacteria in the gut. These enzymes can weaken the yeast and make it more susceptible to Candida.

Dosage information

Many sufferers have been ‘through the mill’ and have a hyper sensitive gut so although the normal dosage is three capsules at night at least two hours after food, one may wish to start cautiously with one capsule and if they experience no ill effects after a week, then increase to 2 capsules and then eventually three. This may take longer but the fungus will effectively fight back and you have to manage the fallout, so to speak

Three capsules of Yeastzyme per day for 30 days (three at night), two hours after eating.
For maximum benefit, those with long-standing problems may need to keep using Yeastzyme for several months. The rule of thumb is that whenever you begin to feel as well as you think you should, reduce your dosage from three capsules to two per day for a week. The next week reduce from two to one per day. If you continue to feel well, maintain dosage at one capsule per day.

Remember, dietary sugars, pharmaceutical drugs and chlorinated water may trigger renewed outbreaks of Candida.
