Ultimate Flora® Vaginal Support Formula is formulated to help maintain a healthy balance of vaginal and urinary tract bacteria. The urogenital tract (consisting of the urinary tract and vagina) is second only to the colon in the number of bacterial residents. The healthy vaginal flora consists primarily of Lactobacillus species and a smaller amount of Bifidobacteria. Ultimate Flora® Vaginal Formula reflects this ratio by providing 45 billion live Lactobacillus bacteria and 5 billion live Bifidobacteria.

There are nine strains of bacteria in Ultimate Flora® Vaginal Support Formula which were chose for their prevalence in a healthy urogenital tract and have been clinically shown to provide proven health benefits when taken orally. They all produce lactic acid, which is considered to be a major line of defence against yeast and undesirable bacteria.

In addition to lactic acid three of the strains of lactobacilli in the formula (L. rhamnosus, L plantarum and L brevis) produce compounds which help to inhibit the growth of harmful urinary tract bacteria. When the healthy bacterial population is eliminated or unbalanced, yeast and harmful bacteria can cause problems. Ultimate Flora® Vaginal Support Formula can be taken as a critical care formula for those experiencing vaginal or urinary tract issues.

Take one capsule per day, between meals.
