Organic Triple Fibre is a blend of organic ground flax seed, organic acacia gum and organic gluten-free oat bran. This perfect blend of organic fibre provides the natural balance of 75% insoluble to 25% soluble fibre. If you consumed your daily fibre requirement from a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, you would receive approximately 65-75% insoluble to 25-35% soluble fibre.* Organic Triple Fibre provides this natural balance, unlike psyllium husk which is approximately 20% insoluble to 80% soluble fibre.
It provides the perfect balance of bulking and sweeping that nature intended. Because Organic Triple Fibre is rich in flax, it provides lignans, which are important antioxidants and phyto-nutrients not found in psyllium.

Dosage Information
Capsules
Take 5 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. Repeat at night if desired.
Powder
Dissolve one scoop (11g) in 250 ml of water in the morning. Repeat at midday and in the evening if desired.
